All packaging lines are equipped with barcode scanners for folded boxes and leaflets for a faultless packaging process.

 

Blistering



Our high performance blister lines are equipped with colour camera inspection system, barcode scanners and dynamic wighing systems for an on-line control. We process:

_PVC/PVdC blister
_triplex blister
_aluminium-aluminium blister

A large range of blister formats is offered for most tablet and capsule sizes.

The aluminium is printed on-line and each pocket can be individually identified. Our three fully equipped lines have capacities of up to 200 blisters/min or 120 boxes/min each. Ink-jet printing of folded boxes (incl. data matrix) is also available.

Filling of solutions - suspensions - emulsions is covered by four complete filling lines, including labelling, cartoning with addition of patient information. Full controll by barcode scanners, on-line weighing and optical control ensures a high degree of quality.

Filling quantities:

_10 to 50 ml for drops, pumps or nasal sprays (glass or plastic)
_50 to 400 ml in glass bottles or plastic enema

In addition, childproof closure and automatic addition of a dosage cup are possible.

NEW: FIlling of preservative-free solution can be performed, besides proper containment, a CIP/SIP system ensures a proper disinfection of the filling line.

Capsules, tablets and soft gel capsules are filled into plastic pots on two automatic packaging lines in Wigan (UK).

Up to 55 pots/min with 60 to 180 units each can be:

_filled
_labelled and marked by ink-jet
_packaged in boxes with addition of patient insert

Shelf-ready packaging or shrink-wrapped cases can delivered and labelled according to customer requirements.
