Liquids
Our reactors with a capacity of 500, 1,000 and 3,000 litres allow the manufacturing of solutions and suspensions under controlled conditions (temperature, pressure, inert gas).
High contenct of sugar, alcoholic solutions or highly dispersed suspensions can be manufactured on these equipments.
CIP cleaning is available on each reactor. Filtering (down to 0.2 ㎛) before transfer to filling area and direct discharging to the filling line is possible.

Batches of 90 to 250 kg are filled into plastic strips. The average unit wight is scalable between
1 to 3 g/unit.

The suppository strips are packaged into cardboard boxes with 100% control (completeness, barcode scanners for identity of printed secondary packaging materials) for a faultless packaging process.
Gel, ointment, cream, paste
Manufacturing of semi-solid formulations can be performed on the equipments:
_Multi-homogeniser 200 litres
_Reactor 1,000 litres equipped with homogeniser
Filling of plastic or aluminium tubes:
_Ø 16 to 35 mm
_Height 50 to 175 mm (excl. cap)
Batch number and expiry date can be embossed or ink-jet printed.
NEW: A 1,200 kg multi-homogeniser, under ATEX protection, for the manufacturing of gels with high alcohol content.

A dedicated line controls the manufacturing of solution (up to 900 litres). The filling of the enema (30 to 60 ml), sealing and ink-jet identification.
The enema can be blistered under inert gas, ensuring a better stability of the solution.
Packaging into boxes (up to 21 units) is performed directly on the line, with addition of the patient insert. Ink-jet printing of folded boxes is also available.
