Food supplement with omega-3 fatty acids.

The unsaturated omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) plays a determinant role in the function and development of the brain.

Unfortunately, omega-3 fatty acids are not found sufficiently in the diet of children today. This problem is aggravated by the fact that fatty acids must principally be supplied through the food. EQUAZEN IQ contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in a 3:1 ratio. The recommended daily amount can be met by eating fish once or twice a week (100-240g per week) or by taking 500 mg of EPA and DHA daily in the form of fish oil or capsules (equivalent to approx. 4 EQUAZEN IQ capsules).
