Magnesium® Complexe
contains various magnesium salts. Magnesium Complex is indicated to cover increased requirements (e.g. growth, intensive sports, pregnancy or breast-feeding|) or when the diet is poor in magnesium, and in the case of calf cramps. On medical prescription or on the advice of a pharmacist, Magnesium Complex is also indicated to correct magnesium deficiency, the first signs of which arise in the form of tiredness, nervousness and irritability.

Magnesium® Vital
can supply the body with magnesium in sufficient amounts in a form bound to aspartic acid that allows the magnesium to be assimilated well. Magnesium is a vital element which plays a major role in many metabolic processes in the human body. It is accepted that adults require 300 - 400 mg of magnesium per day. One effervescent Magnesium Vital tablet contains 7.5 mmol of magnesium, corresponding to 182.3 mg of magnesium in the hydrogen-aspartate form. One sachet of Magnesium Vital granules for preparation of a solution contains 12 mmol of magnesium, corresponding to 292 mg of magnesium in the hydrogen-aspartate form. Magnesium Vital is indicated to cover increased requirements (e.g. growth, intensive sports, pregnancy and breast-feeding), when the diet is poor in magnesium and in the case of calf cramps.
On medical prescription or on the advice of a pharmacist, Magnesium Vital may also be used in the case of muscle spasms, perturbation of muscle activity and muscle cramps.
