Expectorant and soothing action against coughs due to colds and accompanied by hoarseness, and against pharyngitis.
DemoPectol® bronchial drops
contain thyme and ivy leaves in the form of liquid extracts of fresh plants and liquorice in the form of liquid extract of the dried root. The plant constituents dissolve thick mucus and calm cough. DemoPectol bronchial drops are used in the case of cough associated with colds, with the excessive formation of thick mucus, and when expectoration is difficult.
DemoPectol® bronchial syrup
contains extracts of thyme leaves, primula roots and ivy leaves. The following properties are traditionally attributed to these plants: they promote the expectoration of thick mucus in the airways and relax the bronchial musculature contractions that often appear with a cough; at the same time they exert an antiseptic effect on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. DemoPectol bronchial syrup is used for cough as a result of a chest cold (bronchial catarrh) accompanied by the excessive formation of thick mucus.

is a cough syrup for children based on ivy leaf extract. The product is used for chest colds characterised by the excessive formation of thick mucus and by a need to cough because of that mucus.
